BAND TO WATCH: SURFER BLOOD
Seriously, these guys are young, but they know what they want & they’re gonna get it.
Hailing from West Palm Beach, Florida, I saw these dudes play at Mango’s on Tuesday with my friends’ bands opening. I hadn’t heard of them before that night but these cats can put on a killer live show! Their record Astro Coast will be released on Kanine Records in January, but you can pick up a CD if they come touring through your town. They’re currently on a 45 day tour, so the likely hood of them rolling through your turf is probable. I’ve been listening to their CD non-stop. Jammin in my car. Seriously, the perfect summer soundtrack. Wish I had heard of them sooner.
